If you remember, in the last post it was getting close to the end of the offer from Microsoft to allow you to get Windows 10 for free. Hurrah! I’ve got Windows 10 on my iMac! That is to say, after a few installs and reinstalls, much head scratching and some Googling, I have a valid full copy of Windows 10 installed on my iMac with a valid license! Or until I find some more sinning to do anyway ? That’s pretty much it, and also the seemingly end of the line of posts entitled Sinning on a Mac. Make sure you understand everything to do with your privacy. It’s a good idea if you clicked yes to “express settings” at this point to take a look at what you’ve actually allowed/turned on/off (you did read through all the explanations, though, right?) or even just look at everything Microsoft allows you to control.
Then I went through all of the settings, and made sure I had everything set up how I wanted it.You’ll probably want to grab a new browser or two, too, although Microsoft Edge seems pretty nice.
I despise the dark and dismal grey/navy blue that Windows has chosen as the default.
